Was the USS John McCain Warship GPS Hacked?

GPS COMPROMISED on USS John S. McCain?

We have had this accident twice now this year at sea with our U.S. NAVY Vessels and some other ship.  What happened to our navigation systems? There is NO SECURITY in today's TECHNOLOGY.  EVERYTHING CAN BE COMPROMISED:
