Here's what is happening in CHICAGO. People need to work together there too to fight crime. Residents are concerned:

Seems quite a few Chicago criminals are moving to Madison, Wisconsin also. Residents need to arm themselves with SMART PHONES and PAY CLOSER ATTENTION. Also be ready to comply to criminal requests; you might get raped but you will at least live:
