The economy is a corpse says analyst

Even the debt has been FROZEN

So now the DEBT HAS BEEN FROZEN. What does that mean? How is it that those of us who have debt don't get our debt frozen? We don't get bailouts either? Something is completely wrong with the economy but it keeps on going:
